Every item we offer is individually created by hand, so therefore production time varies and design variations may occur.

Each piece is signed by the Artist, and whenever possible a short biography of the Artist will accompany the Artwork.

All designs are property of the Glass Magick Designs LLC and can not be reproduced without our permission.

THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER!

Our pricing policy is based on a 60/40 split with our artists. Wholesale Price is 60% of the retail price shown for each item.

We will ship your order as soon as it is available. You will be informed as to which items are in stock ready for delivery.

Due to the nature of our business, we require a deposit of 50% when the order is placed. The balance must be prepaid before we will ship. Unless otherwise arranged, we will ship COD through UPS.

We prefer money orders or charge payments, but will accept your Business check. Orders paid by out of state checks will be shipped as soon as your check clears our bank.

There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks and subsequent orders will only be allowed by money order or charge.

RETURN POLICY. Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed but if for some reason a return is needed:

• No returns without authorization number will be accepted.
• Returns must be made within 30 days
• All carrier claims within 48 hours
• No COD returns accepted.
• Custom designs are not returnable
